Here's a quick ritual you can do at any time. All it takes is a piece of Amethyst or jewelry and a few moments alone.
Steps:
Sit upright in your chair. Place your Amethyst crystal in your palm under your desk or rest it on your lap where it isn’t visible.
Take one slow inhale through your nose. Exhale longer than you inhaled. Do this a few times, allowing your body to momentarily relax and let go of the tension you may be holding.
Imagine a soft violet light forming around your head and shoulders, almost like a bubble. It's okay, you will be able to breathe through it. Allow the rich purples to surround you and float like soft, fluffy clouds or whatever visual you find calming.
Silently say in your mind (repeat as many times as you feel is necessary):
"What is not mine, I now release.
It leaves my body, bringing peace."
With each breath, imagine stress sliding off your shoulders and dissolving into the floor.
On your final breath, picture the Amethyst crystal absorbing all that static, tension, and emotional noise, leaving you clear, composed, and grounded.
Open your eyes. Continue your day feeling the shift of energy away from the negative.
