Using Selenite at home or in the Office for Clearing Your Space Tiny Ritual

Place your selenite tower somewhere nearby on your desk where the light can touch it. (Sunlight, office lamp light, etc.).  When the energy around you begins to feel tense or distracting, pause for a moment and gently rest one of your hands (or both) near the crystal.
 
Take three (or as many as you need) slow breaths.   As you breathe in, imagine a clear, calm light filling the space around you.  This light is coming from the heart of your Selenite tower.
