Inspired by the bright North star in the darkest of the night, I have hand-painted this beautiful one-of-a-kind mandala pendant with the infusion of home and balance.
The North Star is often a guide for travellers to find their way home. It stands bright in our sky as a guide to remind us which way to go. This particular painting, in shades of blue, has a vibrant, larger center with four points that radiate outwards. The patterns help to guide your eye inwards to hopefully create a sense of peace and tranquillity.
Once your pendand fully dried, I applied several coats of water-based varnish to keep your artwork protected. Measuring 2 inches in diameter by 1/4 inch deep, it has been painted on a sanded flat disc of smooth birch wood. The bail is handmade using silver plate artisan wire with a copper inner core. As this is a piece of artwork, it is not recommended to wear in the water.
You can choose to have your pendant on a long knotted cord or a leather cord with a clasp when ordering.
