Beautiful and powerful, this is a natural healing crystal that has not been polished or cut with a saw. That means that you will find amazing glass-like surfaces as well as rough, untouched beauty. You can see the gorgeous earthy tones that are embedded in the natural areas of your stone. They range from dark to lighter brownish tones. 
 
You can rest this crystal in the palm of your hands if you are working with the crystal's healing energies. Measuring 2 and 1/4 inches tall by over 2 inches wide, it weighs 123 grams (or 4.3 oz). It has a stunning chevron purple banding inside that radiates towards the tip of your point. You can see from one of the photos that the inside is a deep, rich purple that clouds outwards to lighter shades mixed with darker hues of gray.
 
There is a curve in the crystal. When holding it in your hand, your thumb can curve around the crystal to keep it closer to you. You can display it on the base but care should be taken as the crystal has a natural lean. It can also be presented for viewing on several other sides of the stone.
