Incredibly rich and such a deep purple!!
 
This is a wonderfully supportive crystal when you are dealing with a lot of frazzled thoughts, and you need to focus.  If you are trying to meditate, and words and images are banging all over the inside of your mind? Try working with Amethyst to see if you can calm those busy thoughts.  
 
Measuring 1 and 1/4 inches tall by 1 inch wide, each side of this gem has been polished to a super smooth finish on both the front and the back.  I've taken a few photos so you can see the sides as well as the front and the back.  It is SO deeply coloured with lighter white bandings that wrap all the way around your crystal.    The top area has a few little nooks and crannies for your fingers to explore, and there is a small section that's rounded and grooved near the bottom tip of your stone.  
 
Some areas of your gem are translucent, so you can see right through the purple cloudy areas.   
 
I have hand-wrapped this stunning crystal using sterling silver wire, and you can have it ready to wear on a cord necklace in the length you choose when ordering.
