Grief and feelings of loss and sadness can happen through various experiences in our lives.   It might be for the loss of a loved one or pet or the end of a part of your life.  The transition from one phase to the next often causes a sense of loss and sadness. 
 
Healing crystals can be used to help us with our intentions to find a centre of peace and calm as we go through our myriad of emotions.    The four crystals in your kit have been chosen for their both soothing and blocking energy to allow you the peace and calm to process your feelings and guard against negativity and vibrations that may be causing you more stress.  
 
In your kit there are:
 
ROSE QUARTZ which has a very gentle soothing energy.  Feel comfort and allow peace and harmony into your heart. 
APACHE TEAR OBSIDIAN for deep emotional healing of grief and sorrows.
SMOKY QUARTZ to block and remove negative energy and release lower emotions.  Your crystal is semi-polished with a textural surface to explore with your fingers.
JET to help you feel balanced and grounded.  Be protected from negativity. 
 
Your crystals will be intuitively hand-selected, one at a time, for your specific order.  Each gemstone is individual and unique.  These particular crystals are a bit smaller and measure between 3/4 of an inch to 1 inch.  The rose quartz, jet and smokey quartz are polished while the Obsidian has a gorgeous semi-polished feel. 
 
The photos included show you the exact crystal type but each gemstone will be a one-of-a-kind.  I will have several of these kits available so this is a reference guide to show you what they look like.  Your kit will arrive with an information card and be packaged in a white organza bag.
