There is something unforgettable about a winter night beneath a full moon. Fresh snow blankets the ground, frost sparkles on the trees, and the moon casts a silvery glow that turns the landscape into shades of blue, silver, and midnight black. Even the cold feels beautiful.
I painted this mandala to capture that magical moment. Deep midnight blues, shimmering silver, and soft icy tones come together in a design inspired by moonlight dancing across fresh snow. Every tiny dot, curve, and flourish was painted by hand, transforming a simple piece of natural birch wood into an original piece of wearable art.
The necklace you see is the exact one you'll receive. There are no prints or copies, only this one small painting, created to celebrate the beauty of winter evenings and the peaceful wonder they bring.

Size and Materials:
Measuring 2 inches in diameter and 1/4 inch thick, your pendant is painted on a carefully prepared natural birch wood disc. The handcrafted bail is created from silver-plated artisan wire. The back has been signed.
How is it sealed?
Once the paint on your art pendant has fully dried, several coats of water-based varnish are applied to keep your artwork protected and vibrant for years to come.
How to wear it:
When ordering, choose the type of necklace you prefer wearing. The corded necklace with a clasp comes in a variety of lengths (or you can custom order your own size by sending a note with your order) and it has a clasp. Or you can pick a longer knotted cord that will slip over your head. Also, you can just order it without a necklace if you have your own to put it on.
Looking after your Pendant
Your pendant was hand-painted and finished with a protective coating before leaving my studio. To help preserve its vibrant colours, remove it before swimming, showering, or using household cleaners, and avoid prolonged exposure to water and direct sunlight.
When your pendant isn't being worn, store it in a dry place where it won't rub against other jewelry. If needed, gently wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth.
Treat it with the same care you would any treasured piece of handmade art, and it will continue to brighten your days for years to come.
